On June 22nd 2007, the company merges with TNI-Software, one of the most innovative tool providers in the embedded field, to become Geensys S.A.S. The new company concentrates on developing open, innovative, high quality model based design and requirement based engineering solutions and on assisting customers in specific embedded development needs.
