Specific requirements for Distribution Partners include:

Business fit: Your business involves the sale of software and related services to embedded electronics
You are not selling, nor plan to sell, competitive products.
Resource Commitment : You are will to commit resources to sell GEENSYS products;
A commercial license of GEENSYS software, current on our Software Maintenance Service, for use in developing and supporting your distribution activities.
Certification for Services: If you plan to offer GEENSYS services (training, consulting, customer support), you have taken the necessary training and have been certified by Geensys to offer these services.
